Job summary

Paycom is seeking a part-time CNA in Downers Grove, IL 60515 to deliver individualized resident care per care plans. The role involves assisting with ADLs, promoting independence, and reporting health status changes to the clinical team.

The CNA will engage with residents and their families with compassion and dignity, participate in ongoing learning, and adhere to privacy regulations. Additional duties as assigned may arise, with biweekly Paycom payroll tools supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate manner.
• Attend educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
