Reflections Retirement Community in Sullivan, IL invites applications for a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team serving Heritage Woods of Sullivan residents. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care aligned with each care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promoting independence, reporting health changes, and maintaining confidentiality. A qualifying CNA certificate and a high school diploma or GED are required; training and growth

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
