Job summary

Westminster Baldwin Park, part of Westminster Communities of Florida, in Orlando, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care in the Health Center and supervise daily activities of nursing assistants. The CNA supports residents with ADLs, feeding, and vital signs under the direction of the licensed nursing team.

This part-time position offers 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and Third Shift (10pm-6am).

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Florida as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulation, toileting).
• Ensure beds are made, hygiene is maintained, and meals are served on time; assist with feeding as needed.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and control per state/facility requirements.
