Job summary

Westminster Baldwin Park in Orlando is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Full Time position in the Health Center. The CNA will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily activities under the Director of Nursing, with a 6am–2pm shift.

Requirements include Florida CNA licensure and CPR certification; one year of long-term care experience is desirable. Duties include ADL support, vital signs, and infection control in a respectful, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in Florida as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable.
• Experience with developmentally disabled adults is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of resident rooms and beds.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed and ensure meals are served on time.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures.
