Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O’ahu is hiring Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home. Flexible, part-time or full-time roles with weekly pay and supportive teams.

You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders, driving clients to appointments, and providing companionship while ensuring safety and dignity. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassionate care for seniors.
• Clear communication with clients and families.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with lifting and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on client care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
