Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent and safe in their own homes across O'ahu. We offer part-time or full-time schedules, weekly pay, and flexible hours that fit your life.

In this role you’ll assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and medication reminders; drive clients to appointments and activities; and be a friendly face and trusted caregiver.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Have a heart for helping others.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Are comfortable with hands‑on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
