Job summary
Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care for seniors across Leeward O'ahu. We offer flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), weekly pay, and strong support from a caring team.
Responsibilities include daily living assistance, companionship, medication reminders, and mobility support, with competitive pay of $21-$25/hr.
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii NA or CNA certification.
- In-person skills training required.
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Offer medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings.
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
