Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Colorado CNA certification.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, and hygiene.
• Record and report patient data promptly and accurately.
• Monitor patients and respond to care needs; coordinate with RN.
• Transport medications to RN and assist on the unit.
• Maintain unit records and supplies; assist as Health Unit Coordinator if needed.
