Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Twin Towers community in Cincinnati, OH. We offer full-time night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:15 AM) and part-time evening shifts (7:00 PM - 7:15 AM) in a memory care or skilled nursing unit.

You will provide compassionate, high-quality care, assist with daily living activities, ensure resident dignity, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA with current status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living support (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being per care plans
• Maintain a positive, calm environment respecting dignity and rights
• Encourage independence where possible
• Follow safety, infection control and regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will deliver hands-on care and support to residents in our Memory Care or Skilled Nursing Unit. Responsibilities include:

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Responding to call lights and resident requests in a timely and respectful manner
• Supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being in accordance with care plans
• Maintaining a positive and calm environment that promotes resident dignity and rights
• Encouraging residents to maintain independence whenever possible
• Following safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Current CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
