Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors in their homes across O'ahu. The role offers day shift options with both part-time and full-time schedules, and weekly pay.

You’ll help with bathing, grooming, mobility, transportation to appointments, and companionship, while staying alert to health changes and coordinating with a care team.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Excellent communication and ability to work solo or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.
• Prior senior care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
