Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help seniors stay independent at home on O'ahu. Competitive pay and weekly payroll accompany flexible hours, either part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with hands-on lifting and mobility support.
• Strong communication and ability to work solo or with a team.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice health or mood changes and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
