Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Monitor, measure and document vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
