Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, responding promptly to any changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.
