Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking CNAs to provide loving care in a senior living environment. This role focuses on individualized resident care, including grooming, mobility assistance, and daily activities, under supervision.

You will document care in electronic records and support a positive team atmosphere. Qualifications include a current CNA certificate, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA certificate.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized resident care per the Care Plan, including grooming, bathing, and mobility assistance.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to the Supervisor.
• Perform tasks such as vital signs, weight checks, and applying creams as directed.
• Assist with feeding and verify meal consumption with residents.
• Distribute supplements and fluids per protocol and schedule.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Protect resident belongings and report missing items per protocol.
• Answer call lights promptly and courteously.
• Orient residents and families to the nursing home on admission.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities; participate as directed.
• Document care in electronic records per facility policy.
• Support training for new staff with a positive attitude.
• Identify and respond to potential behavioral concerns.
