Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and ensure safety.
• Build trust and meaningful connections with residents and families.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and communal areas.
• Record care activities accurately and communicate updates to the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with nurses and other health professionals for holistic care.
• Engage residents in activities to support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
