Good Samaritan Larimore ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant to deliver resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support dining and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and be able to obtain state registry status.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong patient-care and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing and dining.
• Documents resident interactions and vital signs; communicates changes to charge nurse.
• Supports mobility, transfers and range-of-motion activities and adherence to care plans.
