Job summary

Care Options for Kids in Canonsburg is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care for pediatric and adult clients.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of home care is preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate, TB test, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities per RN assignment, including hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping as needed.
• Record intake/output and monitor vital signs.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to RN.
• Keep accurate records of care provided.
