Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Lilly, PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility support, and following individualized care plans. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities are available with ongoing training and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification OR 75-hour HHA training per PA regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical requirements to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns to clinical staff.
