Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Canonsburg, PA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active PA CNA certification OR completion of PA-approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities.
• Good vision, hearing, and communication.
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.
