Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking CNAs or HHAs for one-on-one in-home care in Pennsylvania. You will follow RN-directed care plans, assist with personal care, and help maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients of all ages.

We offer paid sick leave, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, and weekly pay with direct deposit. A PA CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate, TB testing, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of home care experience preferred.
• Current Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities as written in the RN assignment, including hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping as needed.
• Measure intake and output, and monitor vital signs (temp, pulse, respiration, BP).
• Keep records of daily health care activities.
• Observe changes and report to the RN promptly.
