Brandywine/Monarch- Brandywine at Haddonfield by Monarch Communities is a growing company focused on the emotional and physical health and well-being of residents and team members, with opportunities for education and growth.

Location: 132 Warwick Rd, Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Base pay ranges from $20.50–$21.00 per hour. This role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) credential and experience working with the elderly.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide credential is required.
• Knowledge and experience with the elderly population is preferred, especially dementia care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living per care plan (personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry).
• Provide safe and dignified care, escort to meals/activities, document services.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor promptly.
