Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join Brandywine at Princeton, a full‑time, non‑exempt hourly position reporting to the Health & Wellness Director. You will assist residents with daily living activities per care plans, maintain dignity and safety, and document care provided on each shift.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts
• Document all services provided during shift
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to supervisor
