Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides certified nursing assistant services to residents in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, delivers meals, and provides feeding assistance.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Assists with weighing residents and reports weight changes to nurse.
• Monitors skin condition and reports any issues to nurse.
• Assists with toileting program activities and completes flow sheets daily.
• Maintains confidentiality and reports noncompliance or safety issues.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
