• Delivering and documenting Restorative Nursing Programs.
• Maintain residents' rights and confidentiality of information.
• Follow procedures to meet quality assurance, safety, and infection control standards.
• Use proper equipment and supplies in a cost effective manner.
• Report resident needs and changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Organize and prioritize duties to complete work timely while respecting resident preferences.
• Document services provided timely and correctly.
• Collaborate with staff as a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the mission.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and pleasant environment.
• Interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors and public.
• Discuss resident needs with residents and families to determine care requirements.
• Engage in ongoing learning through trainings and in-services.
