• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake as needed.
• Records resident weights and reports changes to nurse.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets and documents progress daily.
• Communicates factors affecting work and reports changes to nurse.
