Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support nursing staff and follow care plans and policies.
• Monitor resident comfort, safety, and report changes promptly.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and documenting intake and weight.
• Record weights and health indicators as directed by nurses.
• Assist with skin care and排ering of pressure areas and moisture management.
• Support toileting programs and help with positioning or transfers.
• Document progress on flow sheets and communicate with supervisors.
