Job summary
Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY is seeking caring CNAs for a full-time day shift to provide compassionate resident care. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility, while accurately recording vitals and reporting changes to the licensed team.

Qualifications
- At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
- Current state CNA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Attend to residents' daily needs including bathing, feeding, dressing and ambulating.
- Take and record vital signs, assist with lifting and transferring with proper body mechanics.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
- Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
