Job summary
Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are compassionate and reliable to join our team on full-time day shifts and weekends. CNA duties include assisting residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility, taking and recording vital signs, and promptly reporting changes to the nurse.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA.
Responsibilities
- Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
- Take and record resident vital signs using proper body mechanics.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
- Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
