Qualifications

• Must possess current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Able to accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) per policy.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility with safe transfers and proper body mechanics.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
• Lead range-of-motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
