Qualifications
- Must possess current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
- Able to accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) per policy.
- Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
- Support mobility with safe transfers and proper body mechanics.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
- Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
- Lead range-of-motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
