Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Belvidere, IL is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in line with individual care plans. You’ll assist with ADLs, promote independence, and maintain dignity while working closely with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid CNA certificate, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
