Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing as per policy
- Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies
- Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers
- Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals
- Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety
- Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation
