Job summary
Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Texas team. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, document vitals, and help maintain a clean, safe resident environment.

Qualifications
- Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
- Accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
- Demonstrates clear communication, self-discipline and patience.
- Care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities with compassion.
Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per policy.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Change linens and maintain resident environment and supply stock.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
- Support positioning and ROM exercises; provide reality orientation as directed.
