Job summary

Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Johnston, RI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on resident care. The role supports daily living activities, safety, and comfort in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility, guided by core values of passion, respect, and excellence.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available with daily pay options and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering resident-centered care.
