Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents at our 120-bed facility. This role supports licensed staff, helps with daily living activities, and promotes safety and dignity in every interaction.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay options and shift differentials. CNAs must hold an active state CNA license and BLS/CPR certification to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
