Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking CNAs to join a compassionate, resident-centered team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and maintain safety and dignity in care.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts 7-3 and 3-11, daily pay, and competitive benefits including tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current, active Rhode Island CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Rhode Island.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
