Job summary

Heritage Woods of Sterling in Sterling, IL seeks a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity, reporting changes to the clinical team.

Engagement with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner is essential, along with ongoing participation in educational seminars and team meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance while promoting independence and dignity.
• Deliver individualized resident care per care plan.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
