Job summary

Lacey Creek of Downers Grove is seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in Downers Grove, IL. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and maintain dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per the resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, positive manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
