Job summary

Paycom in Downers Grove, IL 60515, is seeking a part-time CNA to provide individualized resident care on the 3rd shift. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families compassionately, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality in all tasks. Opportunities for ongoing learning and professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and staff meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
