Job summary

Heritage Woods of Charleston is looking for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver exceptional care tailored to each resident’s needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and fostering positive connections with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
