Windsor Las Palmas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in McAllen, TX, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support residents across various shifts. You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and document accurately under RN oversight.

Qualified candidates must hold an active Texas CNA certification (TULIP), complete a state-approved CNA program, be at least 16 years old, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP) is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program is required.
• At least 16 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
