Job summary

Wellsental Health seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support Windsor Las Palmas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in McAllen, TX. This full-time role offers hands-on training and meaningful patient care.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and document changes, working under RN/LVN guidance in a nonprofit, community-focused setting that reinvests in staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program
• At least 16 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Education

Texas CNA certification (TULIP)

CNA program completion

Age 16+
