Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and observing intake.
• Carry out duties per resident care policies and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse.
