Job summary

The Pearl at Kruse Way in Lake Oswego, Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with residents' assessments and care plans. You will check residents, review care plans, inform nurses of changes, assist with daily activities, transport to appointments, and foster a warm, calm environment for residents.

Eligibility includes a high school diploma or equivalent, active Oregon CNA license, CPR/BLS, and a passion for caregiving in a full-time

Qualifications

Must have 10th grade education or above.
Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.
Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

Check residents' personal care needs daily per their wishes.
Review resident care plans daily for changes in daily care routine.
Inform the nurse supervisor of changes in condition for care plan updates.
Assist residents with daily needs, including activity preparation and transportation to appointments.
Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic environment and foster calm surroundings.
Ensure residents' rooms are ready and residents feel comfortable.
Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
Communicate resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, and administrator.
