Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for The Pearl at Kruse Way in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This full-time evening shift runs Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans, assist with personal care, monitor changes, and communicate with nurses to ensure quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of Oregon.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current during employment.
• 10th grade education or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with daily needs and mobility.
• Monitor and communicate changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and comfort of resident rooms and contribute to a warm environment.
• Participate in care planning and routine facility activities as required.
