Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Anderson, IN is seeking a full-time CNA for 2nd shift at Sweet Galilee at the Wigwam. The position offers hourly pay of $17.00 and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide ADL assistance per resident care plans, communicate with residents and families compassionately, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings. Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations for resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
