Reflections Retirement Community in New Whiteland, IN is seeking a Full Time CNA to provide individualized resident care on 1st shift. You will assist with ADLs, report health changes to the clinical team, and maintain a compassionate, dignified approach.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and an active CNA certification. Excellent communication skills and reliability are essential for delivering high-quality care and contributing to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Attend educational seminars, staff meetings and other development activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
