Dungarvin is hiring a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care in a small residential setting for up to four individuals. You will perform personal care, health-related tasks, and assist with daily living activities while documenting care and following individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program within the last 10 years.
• Nursing Assistant certification not required to be current but must not be revoked.
• Certification, diploma, or transcripts must be provided.
• Higher education in medical field may qualify in lieu of CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a small residential setting for up to four individuals.
• Deliver direct services including personal care and health-related tasks.
• Develop and support individual care plans with supervisors and team members.
• Assist with medication administration and health tasks as trained.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and document care interactions.
