Job summary

Dungarvin in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered support in a small residential setting. You will care for up to four individuals, assist with daily living, and help implement individualized care plans with supervision.

This full-time role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with weekend/holiday shifts possible and electronic documentation to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED and Nursing Assistant training.
• Certification in Nursing Assistant is not required to be current, but must not be revoked.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program within the last 10 years or valid alternate medical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a small residential setting for up to four individuals.
• Assist with personal cares and health-related tasks as trained.
• Support individual care plans and documentation in electronic systems.
• Assist with meal preparation, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.
