Dungarvin in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care in a small residential setting for individuals with disabilities or complex medical needs. You’ll perform direct care, support daily living, and help maintain a safe, respectful home environment.

This full-time role offers a fixed starting rate of $22.00 per hour, weekend and holiday shifts, comprehensive benefits including medical, vision and dental, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program within the last 10 years.
• Documentation of CNA certification or transcripts if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a small residential setting supporting up to four individuals, building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized support.
• Provide direct services, including personal cares and health-related support.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to develop, implement, and support individual care plans.
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks as trained and delegated.
• Assist with meal preparation, household cleaning, and other daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Support individuals with daily routines, skill development, and personal goals.
• Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
• Promote dignity, independence, and community inclusion through person-centered care.
