The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, completes a state-approved CNA program, and has strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and teamwork. CPR/First Aid is a plus, and a background check will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition.
• Observe vital signs, report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and promote social engagement.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
